In effect since September 15, 2026
What changed on September 15, 2026: blog pages are now also measured by Metricool, an audience analytics tool. It only records visits from people who accepted analytics in the banner, sets no cookie, and receives the page address, the page you came from and your screen size. If you accepted before that date and would rather not take part, the Manage cookies button in the footer changes your choice instantly.
Privacy policy
This is an informational website. It has no sign-up, login or forms, and no information that identifies you is sent to its servers. What it does have is audience measurement through cookies, and that only starts if you accept it in the banner. If you decline, every page stays available exactly as before.
Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the data processed on this website, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), is L. Bianchini Serviços Médicos LTDA, a company registered in Brazil's National Registry of Legal Entities (CNPJ) under No. 49.193.050/0001-21, represented by the physician Dr. Nilson Marquardt Filho, urologist and andrologist, registered under CRM-RS 47.856 (RQE 45.634) and CRM-SP 270.351 (RQE 136.152). Consultations are provided by telemedicine and booked on WhatsApp.
The channel for any privacy matter is WhatsApp +55 (51) 99429-3885, answered by the doctor himself. This website does not publish an email address, and no request depends on having one.
The technical operation of the website and the management of its campaigns are handled by Estro Marketing, which acts as a processor: it handles data only according to the controller's instructions and under a duty of confidentiality.
What the website collects
Before you respond to the banner, nothing. The website loads with every consent signal set to denied, in the configuration known as Consent Mode v2. No analytics cookie is set, and no analytics or advertising tag loads, until you respond.
Once you accept, browsing data is collected, always without identifying you by name:
- a random identifier stored in the analytics cookie, which tells one visit apart from another without revealing who you are
- your IP address, which the analytics tool uses to estimate the region you are browsing from, without storing it in the analytics property
- device type, screen size, browser and operating system
- pages visited, reading time and scroll depth
- where your visit came from, such as a search, an ad, a link or a social network
- clicks on the WhatsApp buttons, with the position of the button on the page
Never collected here: your name, CPF (Brazilian individual taxpayer number), address, email, phone number, payment details or any information about your health.
About health data
This website covers medical conditions, and the page you open could suggest an interest in one of them. That is why data processing here is built with its own safeguards:
- the website does not record, infer or share any visitor's symptoms, diagnoses or conditions
- ad personalization is turned off on every page
- the analytics tool's cross-device signals feature remains disabled
- no audience or remarketing list is built from any page about a condition, symptom or treatment. The rule applies both to adding someone to an audience and to excluding someone from one
- personalized advertising is disabled in the link between the analytics tool and the advertising tool
Reading about a condition on this website will not lead to ads about it following you around afterward.
The website's buttons open a WhatsApp conversation, and the pre-filled message never names a medical condition. This is deliberate: what the conversation is about is your choice, and the website does not decide what ends up in your phone's chat history.
If you have accepted analytics, the website records only that a click happened and on which page. It does not know who clicked or what was written afterward.
Once you send the message, the data is processed by the medical practice, for the purpose of scheduling and providing care. The message itself is carried under WhatsApp's own rules, and WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms. If what you write includes information about your health, it is treated as sensitive personal data, on the legal basis of health protection by a health professional, provided for in art. 11, II, f of the LGPD.
Clinical information that becomes part of a medical record is then governed by the rules of Brazil's Federal Council of Medicine (Conselho Federal de Medicina, CFM), including the minimum retention period of 20 years.
The legal basis for each processing activity
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (LGPD) |
|---|---|---|
| Measuring audience and page performance | Browsing data | Consent, art. 7, I |
| Measuring the results of ad campaigns | Browsing data and clicks | Consent, art. 7, I |
| Keeping the website online and protected against abuse | Technical server access logs | Legitimate interest, art. 7, IX |
| Storing your response to the cookie banner | Your choice, the date and the version of this policy | Compliance with a legal obligation, art. 7, II, in conjunction with art. 8, §2 |
| Scheduling and providing care through WhatsApp | What you write in the conversation | Performance of preliminary procedures and of a contract, art. 7, V. For health data, health protection, art. 11, II, f |
Who the data is shared with
- Google LLC, through its analytics, tag management and advertising tools, for measurement and campaigns. Google's processing is described at policies.google.com/privacy
- Metricool Software S.L., on blog pages, to measure readership of the articles
- Vercel Inc., which hosts the pages and keeps technical access logs
- Estro Marketing, the processor, with access to the analytics and advertising accounts
- Meta Platforms, when you choose to open a conversation on WhatsApp
- Public authorities, when legally required
No database is sold, assigned or exchanged with third parties.
International transfer
Google, Vercel, Meta and Metricool process data on servers outside Brazil. The LGPD allows this transfer under arts. 33 to 36, and it relies on the contractual clauses and data protection safeguards offered by these providers themselves.
How long data is kept
- Cookies: for the periods listed in the table in the cookie policy. The longest is two years
- Browsing data in the analytics tool: 14 months from your last visit
- Record of your response to the banner: kept in your own browser until you clear the site's data or change your choice
- WhatsApp messages: for as long as care is being provided, and then for the period required for the corresponding medical record
Your rights
Art. 18 of the LGPD gives you the right to:
- confirmation that your data is being processed
- access to the data
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of data that is unnecessary or processed unlawfully
- portability to another provider
- deletion of data processed with your consent
- information about who the data has been shared with
- information about what happens if you refuse consent
- withdrawal of consent at any time
How to make a request
On WhatsApp +55 (51) 99429-3885, starting your message with the word LGPD.
The word is there for a practical reason. The same number handles appointment requests, and a privacy request is handled differently: it is logged separately, answered by the doctor himself and never becomes part of any clinical record. Putting the word at the start of the message is what sets it apart as soon as it arrives.
Requests for confirmation and access are answered immediately in simplified form, with a full statement within 15 days, as provided in art. 19 of the LGPD. Requests for deletion or withdrawal of consent follow the same 15-day period. Your identity may need to be confirmed before a response is given, so that no data is ever handed to anyone other than you.
You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, ANPD) at gov.br/anpd.
To withdraw or change your cookie consent without having to contact anyone:
Security
Pages are served over an encrypted connection, and the website keeps no visitor database, which reduces the attack surface to almost nothing. Access to the analytics and advertising accounts is restricted and protected by two-step verification. No system is immune to incidents. If one occurs that poses a significant risk, you and the ANPD will be notified, as provided in art. 48 of the LGPD.
Minors
The content of this website is intended for adults. The website is not directed at anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to this policy
The effective date appears at the top of this page. When a change significantly alters what is collected or who it is shared with, it is highlighted at the top of this page, with the date. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the Manage cookies button.
Cookie policy
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device to remember something from one page to the next. Here they are used to measure audience and campaign results, and to remember your own response to the banner.
Declined by default
When a page opens, every consent signal is set to denied. The tag manager loads in restricted mode and waits for your response. No analytics or advertising cookie is set before then.
Categories
| Category | What it is for | Requires your consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Storing your response to the banner so that it is respected on future visits | No. This is what makes a refusal stick |
| Audience measurement | Understanding which pages are read, for how long and where visits come from | Yes |
| Advertising | Measuring how many ad clicks turn into a WhatsApp contact | Yes |
What is stored
| Name | Source | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
nmf_consent | This website | Stores your choice in the banner | Until you clear the site's data |
nmf_consent_registro | This website | Stores your choice, the date and the policy version, as proof of consent | Until you clear the site's data |
_ga | Google Analytics | Tells one visit apart from another using a random identifier | 2 years |
_ga_QJ449EJ0BD | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the browsing session state | 2 years |
_gcl_au | Google Ads | Links an ad click to the contact that came from it | 90 days |
The first two are kept in the browser's local storage, not in a network cookie. They are not sent to any server.
Metricool's measurement of blog pages stores nothing on your device. It records the visit at the moment the page opens, and only if you have accepted analytics.
Changing your mind
The Manage cookies button is in the footer of every page of the website and of its landing pages. It reopens the banner showing your current choice, and your new answer takes effect immediately: declining after having accepted stops measurement right away, without waiting for your next visit.
Your choice takes effect as soon as you click:
You can also delete cookies in your browser, using its option to clear browsing data. This also deletes the record of your choice, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
Declining limits nothing
Every page stays available, the content stays the same and the WhatsApp buttons keep working. Declining affects measurement only.
Terms of use
By browsing this website, you agree to the conditions below. If you do not agree with any of them, you should not use the website.
What this website is
A professional profile and a collection of informational content on urology and andrology, maintained by Dr. Nilson Marquardt Filho. The website does not provide consultations, make diagnoses or prescribe treatment.
Medical content
The texts are educational. They are written and reviewed by the doctor himself, drawing on the scientific literature and on guidelines from specialty societies. Every case depends on clinical history, physical examination and further tests, and no decision about your health should be made solely on the basis of what is published here.
This is not an emergency channel
Neither the website nor the WhatsApp line handles emergencies. If you have severe pain, bleeding, a high fever, are unable to urinate or have any other sign of a serious problem, go to an emergency room or call SAMU, Brazil's emergency medical service, on 192.
Booking
Appointment requests are made on WhatsApp, and confirmation depends on availability. Sending a message does not automatically reserve a time slot and does not, in itself, create a doctor–patient relationship.
Medical advertising
The content complies with Brazil's Code of Medical Ethics and CFM Resolution 2.336/2023. That is why you will not find here any promise of results, guarantee of cure, before-and-after images, patient testimonials or published procedure prices.
Permitted use
- reading the content and sharing links to its pages
- quoting excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page
- indexing by search engines and reading by artificial intelligence assistants, which the website's robots.txt deliberately allows
Prohibited use
- republishing text, images or videos without written permission
- using the content to give clinical guidance to others, in any context
- using the doctor's name, professional registrations or image in your own materials, in advertising or to endorse a product, without written permission
- attempting to access non-public areas, testing for vulnerabilities or overloading the service
- automated scraping at a volume that impairs the website's operation for other people
Intellectual property
Texts, images, brand and visual identity belong to Dr. Nilson Marquardt Filho or to whoever licensed them to him, and are protected by copyright law. The scientific articles cited on the publications page belong to the journals that published them and are referenced by DOI, without reproducing the full text.
External links
Some pages lead to third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram, ORCID, Lattes (the Brazilian academic CV platform) and scientific journals. The content and policies of those services are the responsibility of whoever maintains them.
Availability and liability
The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or to failures in third-party services. No liability is accepted for decisions made solely on the basis of the published content, for misuse of the information, or for failures in the user's own connection. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes
These terms may be revised at any time, with the effective date updated at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the version then in force.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Brazilian law applies. In consumer relationships, users are guaranteed the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence, as provided in art. 101, I, of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
